October 2026

Traditional associations for the month, to enjoy. Each comes from a fixed table of tradition.

  • The day and colour tradition links with your ruling mount.
  • Every date this month that falls on that day.
  • The month's festival days, from a fixed calendar.

How it works

  1. Have your palm read

This month starts from the ruling mount in a reading of your own palm.

  2. Find your ruling mount

Tradition links each mount with a day of the week and a colour.

  3. See your month

Each month lists that day's dates and shows the colour, with the festival days from a fixed calendar.

Questions about This month

Is this worked out from my birth date?

No. The day and colour are fixed traditional associations, the same every month, and nothing here is worked out from a birth date.

Where do the festival dates come from?

From a fixed calendar checked against the Government of India's list of holidays and the panchang. Some families and regions keep a festival on another day.

Does it change every month?

The dates and festivals change with the month. Your mount's day and colour stay the same until a new reading of your palm finds another ruling mount.
